To give impoverished children in Haiti hope, an education, spiritual guidance and two meals a day. We have started by partnering with a community in Croix Des Bouquets. We've established a church, school and Group Home.
We started with a few classrooms and 50 kids and now have classes through 6th grade and over 200 children learning and growing.
Our kids now receive uniforms, two meals a day, a quality education and spiritual guidance.
Our Group Home, called House of Joy, has 10 previously at risk children, who are now provided with parental guidance, mentorship, and a chance a better chance at succeeding in life.
We hope to obtain several group home locations in the near future.
Our church started with new believers and now has many dedicated Christians who are excited about worshipping their Lord and Savior.
Their Pastor, Steve Saintus, grew up in Haiti but came to America in his youth. He vowed never to return but God had other plans! After the earthquake, Pastor Saintus returned to help his people and begin this ministry.
